I’m Elena, a mother and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’ve been a therapist for 8 years and opened my practice in 2020. I became a mom in 2023 and quite literally felt like I had made some kind of mistake. I dealt with a lot of anxiety, stress, and mood swings in the first year of my daughter’s life. Therapy during my pregnancy, postpartum, and early years of motherhood has helped me immensely. As mothers, we undergo so many changes quickly, and it can be incredibly hard to cope. You deserve to be held, too. I firmly believe that we are not meant to mother in isolation. I have dedicated my therapy practice to supporting and validating struggling moms. I’m passionate about showing up for moms who are navigating the depths that parenthood takes us to. My approach is warm, empowering, and holistic. I believe all parts of you and your experience are important. I am dedicated to helping clients find aligned providers to experience the most safety and care during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I accept Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Aetna health insurance. I also offer private pay sessions for $150 an hour.
I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to get to know you and answer any questions you may have. I see clients virtually and can offer appointments in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You can schedule a consultation or session by emailing or texting!
