I work with adults and adolescents navigating a range of personal experiences including maternal mental health, depression, anxiety, family of origin & attachment wounds, trauma, spiritual issues & abuse, life transitions, and adjusting to parenthood. My therapeutic approach is personalized to the individual client’s needs and goals. I draw from theories and modalities such as narrative, attachment, mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and I find this to be a useful modality for trauma. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health.
