As a physician and IBCLC who practices breastfeeding medicine, I not only provide breastfeeding education and support, but I also evaluate, diagnose, and treat more complicated lactation issues that may arise.
This may include but is not limited to difficulty latching, bottle preference, exclusive pumping, back to work plan, low milk supply, over supply, mastitis, clogged/plugged ducts, and nipple pain.
My goal is to provide inclusive, comprehensive, patient-centered, and personalized care that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the fourth trimester and beyond.
