The 4th trimester is full of joy and excitement but can also feel overwhelming and be a challenging transition time. I would love to help you adjust to your new role by providing physical and emotional support.
I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, PCD(DONA), Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional (CPPNP). I also hold certification from the American Red Cross in Infant, Child and Adult CPR and First Aid.
I offer postpartum doula support, lactation support, postpartum nutrition counseling and cooking, and sibling doula care.

Healing after birth takes a lot of energy and care. A homemade meal service, with an array of options, makes it easy to give your body the nourishment it needs and eliminate the stress of preparing and cooking postpartum meals.
