This year, we’re thrilled to Empower Black Joy in Pregnancy and Parenting for Black Maternal Health Week Founded by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance, this week which is observed every April 11-17, is a national campaign that amplifies the voices, experiences, and advocacy of Black birthing people. It highlights the need for improved Black maternal health outcomes and systemic change while celebrating the resilience and strength of Black families.
